The dashboard handles uploads, real-time request tracking, file management, correction pipelines, and unit conversion — all behind secure authentication.
Step 01

Upload Archive

Upload your raw IMDAA reanalysis ZIP file containing sub-daily (3-hourly) gridded data. The engine automatically detects variables, time steps, and spatial grids.

Step 02

Process & Correct

Select your target variables and apply scientific correction modules — Temperature aggregation, Vapor Pressure (FAO-56), Radiation integration, Humidity means, and more.

Step 03

Download CSV

Receive structured, human-readable CSV files with standardized headers — ready for import into Python, R, MATLAB, GIS tools, or any analysis workflow.

Temperature Correction

Aggregate sub-daily temperature data into Daily Tmax, Tmin, and Tmean products with automatic Kelvin → Celsius conversion.

  • Daily maximum, minimum, and mean
  • Automatic K → °C unit conversion
  • Multi-location grid processing

Radiation Integration

Convert 3-hourly instantaneous flux (W/m²) into daily integrated energy (MJ/m²/day) for PET and energy balance studies.

  • Net SW and LW daily totals
  • Net Radiation (Rn) computation
  • Integration factor: 0.03888 MJ/m²

Vapor Pressure (FAO-56)

Compute Saturation (ES) and Actual (EA) vapor pressure using the FAO-56 Penman-Monteith recommended methodology from Temperature and RH inputs.

  • ES and EA daily products
  • Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD)
  • Mandatory K → °C pre-processing

Relative Humidity

Calculate daily, monthly, and annual mean humidity using arithmetic mean aggregation with automatic fraction-to-percentage normalization.

  • Daily, Monthly, Annual means
  • Auto-scaling (0–1 → 0–100%)
  • Standardized RHmean labeling

Wind Speed

Process vector wind components (U/V) into scalar wind speed with daily aggregation and standard meteorological conventions.

  • U/V component resolution
  • Daily mean wind speed
  • Height-adjusted outputs

Rainfall Erosivity

Derive erosivity indices from sub-daily precipitation data for soil conservation planning and USLE/RUSLE modelling frameworks.

  • Sub-daily intensity analysis
  • R-factor computation
  • Erosion risk assessment
Membership Access

Scientific data processing requires an active membership.

IMDAA Studio operates a protected processing workspace. New users must register, select a plan, and complete the automated WhatsApp approval process inside the dashboard.

Access & Security

Protected research workspace with role-based access.

All processing happens behind authenticated routes. Your data, requests, and outputs are isolated per account. Admin controls manage user quotas, storage limits, and system health.

Firebase Authentication Email/password with session persistence and token verification.
Protected Dashboard Routes Direct access redirects to login. No workspace exposure without auth.
Admin Console (PWA) Dedicated admin portal for user management, telemetry, and system health.
